- Capacity planning and integration
- Specify components for IPCC core operation, voice processing, UCC Reporting, Agent Application construction, workflow management, recording and monitoring.
- Project rollout and integration with customer IPCC centers with WebEx, Jabber, Presence and CC scripting.
